We use purified water which is left natrually to dry leaving a spot and streak free finish. We also use traditional methods when suitable but we do not clean windows off of ladders.
You will recieve an automated text the evening before we are due to clean your windows. Please note once this text has been sent it is to late to cancel your clean and you will still be charged.
We've made paying for your window cleaning as stress free as possible. You can either set up a direct debit with our payment provider Go-Cardless or use a Debit/Credit card.
Yes, you can! We require 24 hours notice to cancel. If you cancel within 24 Hours of your next clean we reserve the right to charge for the clean.
We understand, If we can't gain access to the rear of the property we will clean the front windows only. This will be charged at £14 or 50% of the clean (which ever is greater) for the first instance. If there is a second occasion within a 12 month period we reserve the right to charge full price.
Yes, the only weather we do not clean windows in is 70mph + winds as this is unsafe. Rain water is pretty pure compared to tap water so will have no effect on the level of service we provide. Remember we offer a 24 hour guarantee no matter the weather!
